| 1) Material preparation |
The waste wood, wood branch, reed, cotton straw, bagasse have to through drum chipper or crusher to small piece. Wood and wood branch feed to knife ring flaker or crusher again, then to stored. |

| 2) Drying and sifting section |
The stored piece material will conveyored to dryer ( in market, here is transform oil dryer, three passage hot air dryer is widely used ). After dryering, then sifting, selecting some parts to miller or crusher. |

3) Forming and hot pressing section |
| Forming machine is a very important part in modern particle board producing industry. Many years ago, here was some hand forming, people put the material after glue mixing on the conveyor. Now the forming machine is worked by machines, diamond forming machine is most popular in the world. The finished forming mat board via hot pressing to be pallet. |

4) Cooling and sizing section |
| The pallet finished with hot temperature, and it is not strong enough, so it have put some time for cooling. When board temperature is low enough, it will be cutted to standard size. |

5) Sanding section:
|
| The board are sanded,checked and stored. PLC control is used in mat-forming section. |
